L\u00f3gicamente, ello ocurrir\u00e1, si los involucrados participan adecuadamente en lo que a la aplicaci\u00f3n de sus lineamientos se refiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente a ello, son fundamentales las normas ISO\/IEC 20000-1 e ISO\/IEC 27001, ya que permiten consolidar el modelo de gobernanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO\/IEC 38500 nos asegura la alineaci\u00f3n de las TI con las necesidades reales del negocio, asignando una asignaci\u00f3n eficiente de los recursos y la innovaci\u00f3n en mercados, servicios y negocios, con una reducci\u00f3n de costos que se traduce en la materializaci\u00f3n de los beneficios deseados en la inversi\u00f3n en TI. Mientras tanto, ISO\/IEC 20000-1 e ISO\/IEC 27001 colaboran con la primera en lo que refiere a facilitar la evaluaci\u00f3n objetiva del gobierno de TI, asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislaci\u00f3n vigente y permitir una apropiada implementaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de los recursos de TI, as\u00ed como la identificaci\u00f3n de responsabilidades, la medici\u00f3n de los logros y objetivos de la organizaci\u00f3n y &nbsp;asegurando la continuidad y sostenibilidad del negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La importancia que ha tomado hoy en d\u00eda para las empresas, el hecho de contar con un gobierno de las Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y a trav\u00e9s de ello lograr la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes, gestionar la inversi\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de TI (alineada con el plan estrat\u00e9gico) y garantizar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas en la seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n, hacen que la implementaci\u00f3n de estas dos normas sea un complemento indispensable para acompa\u00f1ar, sustentar y reforzar el Gobierno de TI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ello se podr\u00e1 consolidar el liderazgo, las estructuras organizacionales y los procesos que aseguran que TI soporta y extiende las estrategias y los objetivos de la empresa y asimismo controlar la alineaci\u00f3n entre TI y las estrategias del negocio, las decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas de inversi\u00f3n en TI, y la creaci\u00f3n de valor corporativo por el uso de TI en el negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>When the management of a company intends to evaluate, direct and promote the use of information technologies, the ISO\/IEC 38500 standard will undoubtedly be its &#8220;bedside book&#8221; and guide for the good governance of processes, decisions of the IT areas, those of the rest of the areas that make up the company and even considering its external suppliers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>The correct application of its guidelines provides the information necessary for the management to objectively evaluate the governance of IT. Logically, this will happen, if those involved participate adequately in the application of their guidelines.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>In addition to this, the ISO \/ IEC 20000-1 and ISO \/ IEC 27001 standards are essential, since they allow consolidating the governance model.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>ISO\/IEC 38500 ensures the alignment of IT with the real needs of the business, assigning an efficient allocation of resources and innovation in markets, services and businesses, with a reduction in costs that translates into the materialization of the desired benefits in the investment in IT. Meanwhile, ISO \/ IEC 20000-1 and ISO \/ IEC 27001 collaborate with the former in terms of facilitating the objective assessment of IT governance, ensuring compliance with current legislation, and enabling proper implementation and operation of IT resources. IT, as well as the identification of responsibilities, the measurement of the achievements and objectives of the organization and ensuring the continuity and sustainability of the business.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>The importance that it has taken on today for companies, the fact of having an Information Technology government and through this achieve customer satisfaction, manage investment in the IT area (aligned with the strategic plan ) and guaranteeing good practices in information security, make the implementation of these two standards an indispensable complement to accompany, support and reinforce IT Governance.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-color has-text-color\"><em>With this, it will be possible to consolidate the leadership, organizational structures and processes that ensure that IT supports and extends the strategies and objectives of the company and also control the alignment between IT and business strategies, strategic investment decisions in IT, and the creation of corporate value through the use of IT in the business.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"44\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/separador.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-619\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/separador.jpg 820w, https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/separador-300x16.jpg 300w, https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/separador-768x41.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"557\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/articulo-marzo-2021-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-605\" srcset=\"https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/articulo-marzo-2021-1.jpg 557w, https:\/\/claudiocosta.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/articulo-marzo-2021-1-300x138.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 557px) 100vw, 557px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:38px;color:#ba0c49\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Una mirada comercial a la Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En las siguientes l\u00edneas no voy a ocuparme de las innumerables ventajas que a nivel empresa puede brindarnos el contar con un SGSI (Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n), ya que las mismas son ampliamente conocidas y adem\u00e1s no dan lugar a duda alguna acerca de su importancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed es mi intenci\u00f3n aportarles una mirada desde el punto de vista netamente comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es perentorio que se implante la cultura de la Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n en las empresas, de otra forma \u2013 si no les ha sucedido a\u00fan &#8211; en el corto o mediano plazo (dependiendo ello de a qui\u00e9n se le brinden servicios o se le suministren productos), no contar con ella representar\u00e1 una barrera comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que esa carencia no puede ser subsanada de manera inmediata (ya que el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n no puede llevarse a cabo de un d\u00eda para el otro), puede ocasionar una seria p\u00e9rdida de oportunidades comerciales (no poder participar de compulsas, licitaciones, etc.), como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n pueden llevar a la p\u00e9rdida de clientes preexistentes, cuando estos, conscientes de su importancia, procedan a exigir por ejemplo una certificaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan ISO\/IEC 27001 para poder formar parte de su listado de proveedores. Cosa que d\u00eda a d\u00eda ocurre con mayor frecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00faltimas estad\u00edsticas disponibles, demuestran que internacionalmente (y a pesar que falte mucho camino por recorrer), a la certificaci\u00f3n de la Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n se le ha dado relevancia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">\u201cISO\/IEC 27001 es la 4ta norma ISO con m\u00e1s certificados vigentes en el mundo\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, en Sudam\u00e9rica, la cantidad de empresas certificadas bajo esta norma, representa solamente poco m\u00e1s que el 1,5% de la totalidad de certificaciones ISO\/IEC 27001 que se encuentran vigentes en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De all\u00ed la importancia de que las empresas de la regi\u00f3n que a\u00fan no se han subido a esta ola,&nbsp; tomen consciencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mismas no pueden tener una corta visi\u00f3n que solo abarque su mercado local, en el cual posiblemente no se encuentre a\u00fan ampliamente difundida la exigencia de contar con un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n, pensando que ello nunca va a ocurrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas deben tener en cuenta que hoy, el comercio es global, por lo que en mayor o menor medida sus clientes pueden provenir de las m\u00e1s diversas regiones del mundo. Regiones en las que las realidades (y por ende sus exigencias) pueden ser muy dis\u00edmiles a las de Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, para aquellas empresas que a la fecha no han avanzado en este sentido, es recomendable considerar en su planificaci\u00f3n a corto plazo, un proyecto que implique instaurar la cultura de la Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de un proceso de la implementaci\u00f3n de un SGSI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claudio Costa<\/strong><br><em>(CEO) COSTA Management Consulting<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:38px;color:#ba0c49\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">A commercial view of Information Security<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">In the following lines I am not going to deal with the innumerable advantages that at the company level having an ISMS (Information Security Management System) can offer us, since they are widely known and are of great importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, it is my intention to give you a idea from a purely commercial point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The culture of Information Security must be implemented in companies, otherwise -if it hasn&#8217;t happened to you yet- in the short or medium term (depending to whom services or products are provided to), not having such culture will represent a commercial barrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the fact that this deficiency cannot be corrected immediately (since the implementation process cannot be carried out overnight), it can cause a serious loss of business opportunities (not being able to participate in compulsory contracts, tenders, etc.), apart from that, they can also lead to the loss of pre-existing clients, when they become aware of the importance of information security, they proceed to demand for example a certification according to ISO\/IEC 27001 in order to be part of their list of suppliers. Which is happening more frequently every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest statistics available show, on the one hand, that internationally (and despite the fact that there is still a long way to go), the Information Security certification has been given great relevance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">&#8220;ISO\/IEC 27001 is the 4th ISO standard with the most current certificates in the world&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, in South America, the number of ISO\/IEC 27001 certified companies represents only slightly more than 1.5% of all current certifications on this standard in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence it is important that the companies in this region which have not yet followed this stream, should become aware of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They cannot have a short vision that only covers their local market, in which the demand for an Information Security management system may not yet be widely disseminated, thinking that this will never happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies must bear in mind that today, trade is global, so that to a greater or lesser extent their customers may come from the most diverse regions of the world. Regions in which the realities (and therefore their demands) can be very different from those of South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, for those companies that have not yet made progress in this regard, it is advisable to consider, in their short-term planning, a project that involves establishing the culture of Information Security, through a process of implementing on ISMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claudio Costa<\/strong><br><em>(CEO) COSTA Management Consulting<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:38px;color:#ba0c49\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Uno sguardo commerciale alla sicurezza delle informazioni<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Nelle righe seguenti non tratter\u00f2 gli innumerevoli vantaggi che a livello aziendale pu\u00f2 offrirci avere un ISMS (Information Security Management System), poich\u00e9 sono ampiamente conosciuti e inoltre non danno adito a dubbi sulla sua importanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ec, \u00e8 mia intenzione darvi uno sguardo da un punto di vista puramente commerciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 imperativo che la cultura della Sicurezza delle Informazioni venga impiantata nelle aziende, altrimenti &#8211; se non \u00e8 ancora successo &#8211; nel breve o medio termine (a seconda di chi vengono venduti i servizi o i prodotti ), non averla rappresenter\u00e0 una barriera commerciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dato che questa carenza non pu\u00f2 essere corretta immediatamente (poich\u00e9 il processo di implementazione non pu\u00f2 essere svolto dall&#8217;oggi al domani), pu\u00f2 causare una grave perdita di opportunit\u00e0 di business (non essere in grado di partecipare a confronto prezzi, gare d&#8217;appalto, ecc.), Cos\u00ec come pu\u00f2 portare anche alla perdita di clienti preesistenti, quando questi, consapevoli della importanza, procedono a richiedere, ad esempio, una certificazione secondo ISO\/IEC 27001 per entrare a far parte del loro elenco di fornitori. Cosa che accade ogni giorno pi\u00f9 frequentemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ultime statistiche disponibili mostrano che a livello internazionale (e nonostante la strada da percorrere sia ancora lunga), \u00e8 stata data rilevanza alla certificazione della sicurezza delle informazioni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">&#8220;ISO \/ IEC 27001 \u00e8 il quarto standard ISO con pi\u00f9 certificati in vigore nel mondo&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altro canto, in Sud America, il numero di aziende certificate in questo standard rappresenta solo poco pi\u00f9 dell&#8217;1,5% di tutte le certificazioni ISO\/IEC 27001 in vigore nel mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da qui l&#8217;importanza che le aziende della regione che non sono ancora salite a questa ondata, prendano coscienza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non possono avere una visione breve che copra solo il loro mercato locale, in cui la richiesta di un sistema di gestione della sicurezza delle informazioni potrebbe non essere ancora ampiamente diffusa, pensando che ci\u00f2 non accadr\u00e0 mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le aziende devono tenere presente che oggi il commercio \u00e8 globale, cos\u00ec che in misura maggiore o minore i loro clienti possono provenire dalle pi\u00f9 diverse regioni del mondo.
